While in college, Julie was recruited
by Coleman Realtors to become a licensed
Realtor to work in their Barrington, Rhode
Island office. She remained with that
company and gained more than 10 years
of real estate expertise as both a licensed
salesperson and independent contractor.
She then decided to obtain her Broker’s
license in order to realize her vision:
to open a real estate firm that would
outshine the competition based on superior
personalized service, high standards of
professionalism and integrity, and employing
a no fuss “shooting straight from
the hip,” philosophy. Julie has
real estate experience in all corners
of Rhode Island and much of southeastern
Massachusetts.
Julie has received the "Million Dollar
Club" and Multi-Million Dollar Club"
Awards from the Greater Providence Board
of Realtors for sales volume throughout
the years; she is an accredited Historic
Homes Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist;
and is the sole Realtor Representative for Relocate-America, the
international relocation specialists,
for the Town of Barrington as well as
the City of East Providence. Julie is
both a Buyer's Broker and a Listing Agent.
Julie has been an active board member for the East Bay Coalition for the Homeless (EBCH) for eight years, six as an executive officer, and three as the Chairman of the Board. The EBCH is a program which houses homeless families with children in apartments while teaching the heads-of-household how to become self-reliant and break the cycle of homelessness. You may also see Julie volunteering for the Barrington Public School System.
Julie has lived in the East Bay of Rhode Island most of
her life, but briefly lived in Boston, and southeastern Massachusetts.
Julie, her family, and their Black Labrador reside in Barrington,
RI.

Jeff Luciano is the newest member of the New England Properties
Team. He is looking forward to assisting residential Buyers
and Sellers with his dedication, his established negotiating
skills, and his admirable attention to detail. Jeff specializes
in Riverside locales, but his territory spans all of the Greater
Providence Area and Jeff does not mind traveling for his clients.
Jeff is an honest individual who works closely with his clients
to achieve their goals.
As a member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, the
Rhode Association of Realtors, and the National Association
of Realtors, Jeff is well-versed in all things real estate
and is known as a consummate professional. His sales accomplishments
through the years begin even before entering the real estate
profession. They include being a five-time recipient of the
Group Sales and Distribution Special Recognition Award, winning
the Market Training Representative of the Year, and Jeff was
inducted into the Northeast Retail Sales Division Hall of
Fame while working in a previous field. His admirable achievements
have brought him to the place he is at today, accomplished,
yet, amazingly humble.
Jeff is a Past President of the Riverside Raiders Pop Warner
Football League and a Past Deputy Grand Knight of the Knights
of Columbus Council #3623. One thing is for sure, Jeff is
dedicated to the betterment of his community and presently
supports many community organizations.
Jeff lives in Riverside, RI with his wife Margaret and enjoys
golfing whenever he finds the opportunity.

A native Rhode Islander, Tina is proud to be a member of the New England Properties
team. Having held various project management and management positions in the corporate
environment for nearly 20 years, she was able to hone her problem solving, communication
and negotiating skills. Tina left the corporate environment in order to put these
skills to use in helping individuals achieve their real estate goals. A dedicated
professional, Tina will go the extra mile to ensure the best possible service.
A member of the National Association of Realtors, The Greater Providence Board of Realtors,
the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Tina holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Roger Williams University
as well as an Associates degree in Accounting. She is active in her community and avidly
supports charitable foundations. She currently resides in Providence with her husband
and two beautiful children.
Tina specializes in the Greater Providence and Smithfield locales but gladly services
all areas of Rhode Island.

For over 20 years, Marie O'Connell has assisted several of Rhode Island's leading companies

has afforded Marie many challenges and opportunities. With her well-honed people and business
skills, Marie is able to serve her clients extraordinarily well, blending her determined can-do
approach to tasks at hand with her high ethical standards, using honesty and integrity as a benchmark.
Marie is a licensed Realtor in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and is a member of the Greater
Providence Board of Realtors, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and The National Association
of Realtors. She specializes in Residential and Condominium Home Sales.
Marie is an active member of her church. In addition, she has always been interested in animal rights.
Over the years, Marie and her husband Bill have adopted several dogs from the local animal shelters.
Marie lives in North Providence with her husband and their latest addition, Cody, a four-year Jack
Russell/Terrier mix from the Warwick Animal Shelter.
